Return Period: Our customers have the right to request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.

Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the original condition it was received. This means the product must be unused, its packaging must be undamaged, and all tags and labels should remain intact.

Return Shipping Costs: All costs associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. Customers must organize and pay for the shipping of the returned product back to our store.

Return Process:

  3. Ship the Product: If the return is approved, you must send the product back to the specified address within the designated timeframe. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods during transit.
  4. Receipt and Inspection of the Product: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. If the product meets all return criteria, we will proceed with the refund.

Refund: The refund will be processed within a specified number of days after confirming the receipt and inspection of the returned product and will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
