Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 6 to 14 days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address, and is always shown before you pay.

Free standard shipping on orders of 2 items or more, available for eligible destinations. Whether your country qualifies is shown in your cart and at checkout before payment — that is always the final word. We may add or remove eligible destinations over time.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, write to us at support@biggymbro.com and we will look into it.

Duties and taxes

Any duties or taxes that apply to your destination are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Incorrect address information

Responsibility for the address. Each customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address provided at the time of order. An incorrect, incomplete or non-existent address may lead to the parcel being returned or disposed of by the carrier.

Disposal of the parcel. Where a parcel is disposed of because of incorrect address information, we cannot be held responsible for the loss and are not able to compensate for it. This applies to orders that have already been dispatched and are in transit.

Please check your details. We strongly encourage you to check the address carefully when placing your order — postal code, street number and apartment number in particular — to avoid delivery failure.
